Bebs Atems

Chief Soccer Officer, Beach Saint-Germain F.C.

As Chief Soccer Officer Bebs oversees the club’s strategic direction, coaching standards, and long-term player pathway, ensuring that the club operates with clarity, professionalism, and integrity. His philosophy emphasizes development over results, accountability with empathy, and building a strong club culture rooted in respect and community.

Bebs brings a unique combination of professional playing experience, coaching education, and academic insight to the club. He played professional soccer in the Championnat de La Réunion de football in Réunion, France, competing in a football culture that emphasized technical quality, discipline, and tactical awareness.

As a coach, Bebs is U.S. Soccer grassroots certified across all formats (4v4, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11). He is also SafeSport certified, as well as CPR and First Aid certified

In addition to his on-field experience, Bebs holds B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in Economics. He has served as a college professor for more than 15 years and has conducted academic research on the economic, social, and societal benefits of participation in youth soccer. This background informs a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to youth soccer development that balances structure, creativity, and enjoyment.

Celine Apercé

Chief OperatingOfficer, Beach Saint-Germain F.C.

Celine Aperce serves at the highest level of our club’s leadership, providing strategic oversight of operations, communications, marketing, and organizational logistics. She brings extensive experience leading projects, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and building organizational systems that support growth and impact.

Ce line has a strong background in operations, communications, and marketing leadership, and has held senior roles where she led special projects and initiatives with broad organizational reach and influence. Her expertise ensures that Beach Saint-Germain F.C. delivers a seamless experience for families, coaches, and partners alike.

Her deep connection to soccer began in her youth in France, and she has long supported the sport through community involvement and organizational engagement, giving her firsthand appreciation for both the grassroots soccer experience and the administrative work required to build a thriving club ecosystem.

Her leadership strengthens the bridge between club vision and daily execution, ensuring consistent quality, professionalism, and responsiveness across all club functions.

Assistant Coaches

Assistant Coaches support session delivery, provide individual attention, and help reinforce the club’s technical and cultural standards.

They work hands-on with players across age groups, focusing on skill development, game understanding, and confidence-building in a positive, supportive environment.

Assistant Coaches collaborate closely with Head Coaches to plan and execute training sessions, deliver small-group instruction, and reinforce consistent expectations during practices and matches. Their presence allows for more individualized feedback and ensures every player is seen, supported, and challenged appropriately

Assistant Coaches help by:

  • Providing personalized instruction and encouragement
  • Assisting with drills, activities, and small-sided games
  • Monitoring player development and engagement
  • Supporting positive behavior, effort, and teamwork
  • Helping create an inclusive, player-first learning environment aligned with the club’s philosophy
