CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Beach Saint-Germain F.C. is accepting applications for Coaches and Assistant Coaches across all age levels as we continue to build out our teams and training environments.Coaching Roles Available:

  • Head Coaches (age-group specific)
  • Assistant Coaches (age-group specific)

These roles are ideal for coaches who are passionate about developing young players in a positive, structured, and professional environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

All coaching applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be willing to obtain U.S. Soccer Grassroots Certification in at least 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11
  • Understand age-appropriate player development principles
  • Commitment to professionalism, preparation, and positive behavior
  • Alignment with the club’s mission, values, and standards

Additional licenses, playing experience, and coaching education are valued, but character, mindset, and alignment are essential

EXPECTATIONS AND COMPLIANCE

Selected coaches will be expected to:

  • Maintain U.S. Soccer Grassroots certification (7v7, 9v9, 11v11)
  • Complete and maintain SafeSport certification
  • Complete required background checks
  • Maintain or obtain CPR and First Aid certification
  • Participate in club meetings, coach education, and planning sessions
  • Uphold all Club Standards & Policies

Failure to maintain these requirements may result in removal from coaching responsibilities

FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

As Beach Saint-Germain F.C. grows, we anticipate future opportunities in areas such as:

  • Advanced coaching and technical leadership roles supporting curriculum design and coach development
  • Goalkeeper-specific coaching support focused on specialized training and progression
  • Club operations and event support to help deliver high-quality training sessions, matches, and club activities
  • Communications and marketing support to strengthen outreach, storytelling, and community engagement

These roles will be posted as they become available, and we encourage individuals who share our values and long-term vision to stay connected as the club continues to evolve
